The ikan SM103 Camera Shoe Mount v.3 provides added flexibility when mounting accessories, such as lights or monitors, to the top of your camcorder or DSLR. Simply attach to a standard hot or cold shoe, then use the one-touch locking ball head to position your gear in a more advantageous position. Monitors can be angled for better viewing, lights redirected for off-center illumination. The swivel head is topped by a standard 1/4"-20 screw mount, so you can attach a wide range of professional accessories to your still or video camera.

This product was sad to say way inferior. My luck with Ikan for almost every product has been parts missing, bad connection on back of monitor and just flimsy product.

This is suppose to mount Ikan monitor and a battery pack to the top of your DSLR or other camera. However the mount is shakey and unstable at it's base. I'm stuck with it because it came in the package, but I going to have to buy a more solid mount!
