I have a bad back and just leaning over the desktop to switch input cables is a big relief. I edit video's for my family with just a small setup and my vhs and my dvcam both have composite outputs. Just to be able to switch between one and the other with a single switch is sweet not only for my back, but for the time that I save pulling cables from one source to another. I would recommend the Composite Video & Audio Input Expander Switch by Ocean Matrix. Simple, Sweet, Sturdy.
