The OverBoard Waterproof Dry Flat Bag 15 L (Black) is a lightweight, compact bag that protects your gear from water, sand and dirt. It is made of special-edition ripstop nylon TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) coated "super-light" material. The bag uses a Fold Seal System and high frequency welded seams, ensuring that, however wet the surroundings, your valuables will stay bone-dry. Suitable for quick submersion, the bag also floats safely if dropped in water. It is carried by a handle or a removable, fully adjustable shoulder strap. The pack will hold 15 liters (4.0 gallons) worth of gear.

Very nice bag. I used it like a purse to carry my wallet, water bottle, t-shirt, n sandals. I didn't get a chance to get it wet so not sure about the waterproof feature.

The bag is larger than I thought. I will be able to fit my DSLR (Pentax K-7) with my longest lens as well as my wife's purse! ;-)
You think just rolling the bag over three times wouldn't seal it very well but this thing is air tight. I can see why they say it will float.
