Comments about Chimera Stand Adapter - Universal Grip Head:

This isn't a review, just a note to let you know that the this part number (3770) doesn't work on a quick release speedring. I called Chimera, and they said a 3700 is needed for that. So I have that on the way.

(5 stars just because I had to put something, and it sure looks solid)

Comments about Chimera Stand Adapter - Universal Grip Head:

My trusty old Lowel DP light began to succumb to the weight of my softboxes. This product allows the old workhorse to remain active in my kit.

Comments about Chimera Stand Adapter - Universal Grip Head:

My old Lowel DP was starting to have trouble supporting a softbox. This adapter takes all the weight off of the light and provides reliable support for the light setup.
