I own a Spec.-Ops® T.H.E. Pack, the main compartment is: 13" wide x 7" thick x 19" high @ 1730 cubic inches.This insert is: 12" wide x 6.0" thick x 18" highThe insert fits perfectly inside my bag securely without any wiggle room and allows me to use a normal backpack without standing out in the crowd.I've owned this backpack for many years (since 2004) and when I was looking for a larger camera bag, I looked at the interior specs of my backpack and this insert was a perfect match (1" all around).There's plent of velcro inserts to be arranged to fit the user's needs. I recommend if you plan to use this without the Domke backpack, allow for at least 1" for space for all dimensions. Anything less will most likely not fit.

Ordered this product to turn a rolling suitcase into a travel camera case. Has great flexibility, molded perfectly to the inside of the case and it saved my shoulder from lugging my Lowe Magnum AW.
