This is an Arri Four Leaf Barndoor Set for the 650W Fresnel, 200W HMI, 400W Pocket PAR & Pocket Lite. Barndoors attach to the front of a light and are used to restrict light from areas of a set. They have either four or eight leaves that can be adjusted. Arri barndoors are heat resistant and rotatable.

I use this product with the Arri 650w Fresnel and it works just as it should. Always better to have control of the lighting then to let it control you. After all, what good are barn doors if they don't work?

It is what it is. Works as a barndoor does. I got this for my Arri 750 open face because getting gels on the front without a barn door is a HASSLE. This solved the problem. Pops right in/out.

There is a no more tried-and-true method to controlling an Arri light than their standard barndoors. I couldn't imagine using a light without one. Highly controllable, and easily rotatable, there is no question to the durability and craftsmanship of this product.
Bottom line: An expense, yes, but a necessary expense that won't be regretted.

Well made, heavy gauge steel barndoors, firm hinges, and overall construction. Not only do they shape light well, they are strong enough to hold a variety of light modifiers with clips.
