The Fusion from Eartec is a lightweight, behind-the-neck single-ear communications headset. The headset is designed to be durable enough to withstand professional use, while the behind-the-neck design remains comfortable for hours, even when wearing a safety helmet. The single-ear design lets you maintain awareness of your surroundings, while the flexible mic gooseneck lets you position the microphone exactly where you like it. The single-sided cable resists tangles and has a 4-pin XLR-F connector for connecting to your intercom.

Comments about Eartec Fusion Behind-the-Neck Intercom Headset (4-Pin XLR-F):
I just wish the size around the neck could have been made for adjusting. So they slide off me. Otherwise I like the design.

Comments about Eartec Fusion Behind-the-Neck Intercom Headset (4-Pin XLR-F):
I purchased this headset as an alternative to the more expensive Clearcom version. The materials and construction quality are very good, and the set feels very durable. When used with the intercom system, sound quality is clear and sufficiantly loud. However, I had issues with the headset producing feedback in the system that has never occured there before.
The fit was not comfortable for my head. The neckband is not adjustable and did not sit well enough to be comfortable. The ear pad is also angled strangely, though that may have been a result of the poor fit.
