The Tiffen 77mm Warm Linear Polarizing Filter is a single filter combining two filters - A Polarizer and an 812 Warming Filter.
Light rays which are reflected become polarized. Polarizing filters are used to select which light rays enter your camera lens. They can remove unwanted reflections from non-metallic surfaces such as water or glass and also saturate colors providing better contrast.
The effect can be seen through the viewfinder and changed by rotating the filter. The filter factor varies according to how the filter is rotated and its orientation to the sun.
A Tiffen 812 Warming Filter gives you a warming effect which improves skin tones.
Note! Linear polarizers are used with most video and manual focus photo cameras. They are not recommended for auto-focus SLR cameras.

Comments about Tiffen 77mm Warm Linear Polarizing Glass Filter (Rotating):
No surprises here, polarizes the light and has a slightly warm cast. I bought the linear polarizer hoping it had a more pronounced effect than the circular polarizer but it doesn't seem to be significantly different.

Comments about Tiffen 77mm Warm Linear Polarizing Glass Filter (Rotating):
Use it on my 70-200mm F2.8 at sea world hoping to get a blue sky in the back ground and I didn't. Maybe it is me or maybe I have the wrong Polarizer lens.
