This product is horrible. It did not work with my camera. If you want to order this product make sure you call B&H to reference that it works with your camera. I have to return the cable back to B&H, however, I bought different one from B&H afterward. The second cable was made by Pearstone and it was defected after I received it, so I called B&H and the rep was nice enough for not having me return the defective product to them-otherwise I would waiste more $$$ returning it. B&H is by far the best service for online ordering, their staff are nice, friendly, and effective. I will order from B&H again for my electronic use.

I use this to connect a battery-powered cardiod microphone to my iPhone 4 and iPad for interviews and audio story-telling. Works great. Only drawback of this arrangement is that it can't handle phantom-powered mics, but that's through no fault of this product.
