I absolutely love this record player. The sound quality is great and it has an audio output for you to plug your ipod in if you're looking to hear something a little more digital and a little less vinyl. It doesn't convert vinyl music to mp3 files, but I didn't want to do that anyway so I'm happy with it.

This model is very basic but excellent for beginners. The speaker quality is not excellent but new speakers can be attached. The arm feels a little cheap but a delicate touch will make it last for a long while.

I was looking for a simple record player without all the bells and whistles (i.e. built-in CD/MP3 players, etc) for under $100. The CR6005 Tech Turntable design captures the retro charm of older record players. It was easy to put together out of the box, works well and gets decent sound from the built in speakers.

This is a great turntable. It works, is stylish and cheap. It has the vintage look without being big, bulky or $$$$$.You will want an external speaker for higher volume.

I have hundreds of records of all sizes so I bought this record player. The sound is just okay but what really bothers me is that the plastic cover does not fit. I even asked a handyman to try it and he said it is impossible to get on. I called Crossley and they have yet to return my call. If you don't care about the cover, then you might want to buy it but I really care about covering the player to keep out dust, etc., so I would not buy this or recommend it.

This record player was pretty flimsy and not what I expected from a Crosley product. The speakers are very very low. I hooked it up to my old school Onkyo Receiver (from the 70's) and the sound is great. Terrible standalone product. Not bad if you're hooking it up to heavier artillery.

I wanted to get a record player for my grandson who had never heard a record. He had a collection of my old records that he kept for the album covers. I ordered the Crosley CR6005 Tech Turntable because it was cheap and if he never used it I would not be out much. He loves it. It is a great little record player. It is small enough to go anywhere and sounds great. The only thing he wished it had was detachable speakers. The two stereo speakers are built in. But other than that he loves it. Made me look good.
