This Rode MiCon 2 Adapter is intended for use with all Rode headsets and microphones that utilize MiCon connectors, such as the Rode Pinmic and lavalier microphones. The adapter features a stereo 1/8" (3.5mm) mini connection for use with an array of wireless systems. The MiCon-2 is designed to connect to a standard 3.5mm stereo minijack, with a power supply of 1V minimum.

          There aren't other options with MiCon adapters if you need 1/8" connectors. Be careful of the inside pin - had one that was split in half on arrival. Easily could have damaged the lavalier.

                  I use this adapter with the Rode Lav Mic. I plug it directly into the Zoom H1 mic input and it sounds great. The mic is powered by the H1 plug in power through this adapter. This system is a great option for wireless substitution if you can sync audio in post.
