I got this for my backpack. I started college last year after a 28 year absence and have found it difficult to organize all the little (and big) things needed for such a task. My backpack is so heavy and full! By using the Grid It I can take advantage of vertical space that would otherwise be wasted thereby reducing the overall girth of the backpack. I got one for my purse too!

I use it in my backpack to organize my MP3 player, video player, computer presentation remote, charger and data cables and batteries. No more digging through pockets!
Since you can't change where the long and short straps are, it takes a while for items to find their permanent "homes." My only regret that it filled up too fast. The CPG20 is 15 x 9.5, and that would've still fit in my backpack.

Grid-it allows me to organize all of my cords, chargers, adaptors and miscellaneous gear all in easily accessible place. For low value items I keep on in my luggage. For high value items I put one in my carry-on.
No need to dig through all of the luggage, everything is at hand.
I would like to see another design so that adaptor plugs seat more comfortably in the bands. To reach for the sky, perhaps a grid-it with cord that allows charging without removing batteries from the grid-it.

What a clever little invention. It's extremely easy to use and helps keep all my stuff from ending up in a mess at the bottom of my bag. With me moving around all the time and meeting after meeting on top of classes, it's a struggle to keep my life from falling apart. Grid It can't make up for my shortcomings, but it certainly keeps me organized. Highly recommended.
