The Lowepro S&F Slim Lens Pouch 75 AW (Black) is designed to carry and protect most telephoto zoom lenses up to 70-200mm f/2.8. The pouch collapses on the body when working with lens; it flattens for easy packing when traveling. A snag-free top edge allows for a smooth removal of the lens from the case. It provides reinforced protection at critical mount and glass points. The pouch is made from durable, water-resistant, 600 denier polyester, 1680 denier nylon and 420 denier nylon with a 210 denier nylon and stretch mesh polyester interior:
The 75 AW pouch has a built-in All Weather AW Cover that protects the gear from the elements. A SlipLock attachment tab allows the pouch to be worn on a compatible S&F belt. It is carried by an easy-grip handle or a removable, adjustable, shoulder strap with non-slip patch.

Comments about Lowepro S&F Slim Lens Pouch 75 AW:
Bought this to carry and protect my new (at the time) 70-200 F4 L. This case does a great job, plenty of space for the lens with the hood reversed. The fact that it colapses flat when not in use is a major bonus, one less fat bag hanging off my shoulder. Construction is high quality and it comes with a pull-over rain protector. The only potential downside is the collapsability means it may be more lightly padded than some other lens pouches, especially on the sides.

Comments about Lowepro S&F Slim Lens Pouch 75 AW:
Purchased to go on a sling pack. Unecessarily heavily padded. Closed by a hook strip on underside of lid to one of two loop strips on main body of pouch, BUT, the upper strip on the pouch, presumably designed so the pouch can expand to accommodate bulky contents, effectly cannot be used because the lid is so stiff from padding it cannot be folded to properly contact that upper strip. Either the lid should be made much softer and more flexible, or it should have a thin hinge-like strip about midway along its length, similar to its hinge-like connection to the pouch. Considering how long bags and pouches for camera equipment have been available, it's inexcusable to offer such a flawed design. I was tempted to return it for a refund, but maybe there's some way it can be used.

Comments about Lowepro S&F Slim Lens Pouch 75 AW:
Have to admit I was a little let down here. I am very use to Lowepro quality and how they really think things through. Missed a couple things on this one though for use with my lens. My 70-200 2.8 II does fit in this case (with tripod collar) but its a bit annoying to get out. I really like the case that comes with the lens except it doesnt have the sliplock attachments the Lowepro has. Canon case zips down the front a bit so its easier to get the lens in and out where on this Lowepro it does not. Something I felt they really dropped the ball on was the velcro flap over the top. Yes, it flaps over the lens but the velcro doesnt match up and stick. I really think this case is designed for a larger lens.
Positive though. This is a great case. It is well built and I feal secure having my lens in it. Even though the flap does not velcro shut. I like how they included velcro at the bottom of the case so when it is empty it folds up smaller. The rainfly is a GREAT addition too. Please don't be put off by the negatives. I simply do not like things moving around and want to secure them tight in case I have to move in a strange way (upside down) or if I have to move fast (run away).

4 stars...solid all around pouch, the one thing is it would be very nice to have a simple little pocket for memory cars, batteries, etc. Nothing major, jut when I'm shooting a wedding I have my camera on one strap and this pouch on my other side--so a little pocket would go a long way in helping me out in these situations.
