I record with my Q3-HD every once in a while (usually just audio), but when I do, it drains batteries like nobody's business (rechargeable batteries are particularly awful). The AC adapter is excellent for those long recording sessions when you need to make sure that you get a good take in without running out of batteries.
The carrying case is a little snug, but that doesn't bother me too much, as it serves its protective purpose.
The wind screen is okay. I tried using it as a pop filter while recording my own voice, but my plosives still significantly stuck out. I have had more success recording vocals by pulling a sock over the mics. I have not tested the wind screen outdoors in windy conditions.

The biggest complaint is that the fit of the Q3HD in the case is very tight. I'm not sure of the quality of the zippers either. Time will tell. The tripod is rather cheap as well. This does provide a Windscreen, a hard shell case and a power adapter. A tripod, etc. All good things to have.
However, the windscreen does not fit in the case - where am I supposed to keep it? Buy another case?
Where do I keep the tripod?
The case is fine but has no provision for a shoulder strap.

As far as the cables go, they are decent enough quality. I was shocked that the Q3HD didn't come with it's own AC adapter, but I guess that's more of a review for the Q3. The windscreen fits very snug on the mics, but the opening is round, not rectangular. It's obviously a screen that was developed for something else. The tripod was very poor quality. Legs are easily bent or broken. I got a Targas version that was much higher quality. I have no complaints about the case, other than the zipper sticks in a certain point. Overall, the accessory kid is very mediocre. I would suggest spending your money on better accessories. Oh and by the way, the ac adapter for the Q3 is the same for the H2n (and probably others) so if you already have some zoom products, you can just swap AC adapters.

3 stars because it does the job, but not more because its just basic quality. The AC adaptor works, and has a long cord which is useful. The case is tight and average quality. The mini-tripod is what it is, but I doubt it will last very long. Overall, I don't think its worth the $, and I think that Zoom should have included some of these things (like the AC adaptor) with the device. I would recommend this to a friend, just because the Zoom Q3HD eats batteries like crazy, so you really want to use the AC adaptor any time you can.

Really, some of these items should have been included with the Zoom Q3HD purchase, such as the AC Adapter, windscreen and case. The mini-tripod is okay, but the Zoom feels a bit top-heavy on it when connected. I can see the windscreen falling apart after about 6-12 months usage. The case lightly padded, and you have to be careful when zipping or unzipping as not to catch the Zoom strap in the zipper or to have the case flop open unexpectedly when opening.
