Comments about NEC MultiSync PA231W-BK-SV 23" Widescreen LCD Computer Display with SpectraViewII Color Calibration Solution:
I was having a major problem printing what I was seeing on my old monitor--even when calibrated. Out of the box and using the SpectraViewII calibration the prints looked great. No more wasted ink and paper trying to get the prints to look right.

Comments about NEC MultiSync PA231W-BK-SV 23" Widescreen LCD Computer Display with SpectraViewII Color Calibration Solution:
If you are looking for a professional level monitor for photo editing that you can be absolutely certain of the color accuracy, this is it. My biggest negative about the monitor is that it is small -- a bit taller and a little less than double the width of my 15" laptop screen. If you can afford it, you will be much happier with the PA241W or PA271W displays.

Comments about NEC MultiSync PA231W-BK-SV 23" Widescreen LCD Computer Display with SpectraViewII Color Calibration Solution:
I use this as my main computer monitor for editing, compositing and other HD work. It calibrates great and, when calibrated to a REC709 profile, matches very well with my broadcast reference monitor.
