Visible Dust Brite Vue Sensor Loupe 7x
The Visible Dust Brite Vue Sensor Loupe 7x is designed to provide a more in depth view of the sensor and chamber area. It has the ability to reveal the smallest dust particles and any other contaminants on the sensor.
Utilizing advanced (patent pending) features such as BriteVue technology with high optical magnification and 6 super bright LEDs, the SensorLoupe 7x is the only tool you need for locating debris on your sensor. The high quality optical glass is coated with MgF2 to reduce chromatic aberrations and to seal the lens so that no mildew buildup occurs.
VisibleDust UltraMXD-Vswab
The VisibleDust UltraMXD-Vswab is an innovative sensor cleaning swab with a unique "V" shape design that has several advantages over the more common square format swabs. The narrower edge of the V shaped swab minimizes the contact between the swab and the chamber wall reducing the chances of dust or lint from the camera body from falling on the sensor while cleaning.
Plus the "V" shape allows for better maneuverability and easy swabbing while inside the chamber, and allows the user to apply more equal pressure to the edge of the swab pad for a more homogeneous swabbing motion and less streaking along the edges.
Ultra Thin MXD-100 Multi-Fiber Fabric of the Green Series Swabs
The ultra thin MXD-100 multi fiber fabric of the Green Series swabs has a patented folding design to create a softer edge (compared to a hot sealing process), and is designed to be compatible with a wide range of VisibleDust solutions. The 1.0x size is specially designed to provide a single swipe cleaning action for "full frame" image sensors.
Visible Dust Focusing Screen Swab
The Visible Dust Focusing Screen Swab is designed to handle those hard to remove spots that can accumulate on your Digital SLR camera focusing screen. With the addition of Visible Dust Sensor Clean or Chamber Clean solvents, it will remove any undesirable contamination. The specially designed 45 degree angle swab head makes it easy to clean off the focusing screen surface in any DSLR so you'll have an unimpeded view of your subject through the cameras optical viewfinder.
Sensor Clean Solution
Sensor Clean Solution from Visible Dust is specifically formulated to clean delicate image sensors from stubborn dirt, Organic Dust and water stains. It has many advantages over Alcohol including Anti-static properties to prevent dust accumulation, leaves no organic residue, strong cleaning properties, and removes static and static buildup.
Sensor Clean Solution is non-alcoholic, and therefore non-hygroscopic, and non-flammable. It is also non-toxic, non-corrosive, streak free and travel safe - It is wise to use Sensor Clean instead of alcohol.
VDust Plus Formula
VDust Plus Formula from VisibleDust, cleans the image sensor of DSLR Cameras from all kinds of contamination and prevents sensor surface friction and static build up, resulting in crystal clear images.
If you are unsure as to the nature of your stain or you get both water and lubricant stains, VDust Plus will fit the bill perfectly. Designed to clean away water and most oil stains, VDust Plus eliminates streaking and provides a moderate static barrier.

- Sensor Clean
- This product is best suited for the removal of water based stains on your sensor. It provides an anti-static barrier for the prevention of dust accumulation, it has anti-fogging capabilities and prevents streaking as it cleans. If you intend to work in a humid or arid climate, Sensor Clean will provide a buffer against vapor build up and dust collection
- VDust Plus
- This solution fits in the middle ground where it will clean both water based stains and light oil based stains. If you are unsure as to the nature of the particular stain or smear that you have on your sensor, VDust Plus is an excellent choice. It provides great cleaning ability and provides a moderate anti-static barrier
- Swabs
- Visible Dust has produced two distinctive types of swab due to the varying consistencies of the cleaning liquids they offer, though after time they realized that the green series swabs could be used effectively with all Visible Dust solutions
- MXD-100 (green) Sensor Cleaning Swabs
- The multi-fabric design of the green swabs make them compatible with all of our sensor cleaning solutions: Sensor Clean, VDust Plus, and Smear Away. Although the MXD-100 swabs are a little thicker than the DHAP, they are still softer than some Visible Dust competitors

I never officially cleaned my sensor before and thought I really didn't need the Loupe light to see dust. Boy, was I wrong. I don't know how anyone does an effective job without it.I was very impressed. The artic butterfly also works very well. I have not needed to use the swabs yet.

This bundle of products includes an arsenal of sensor cleaning ammo. Dust particles literally run in terror from the Arctic Butterfly, aptly nicknamed in the the dust community as "Escoba de Satanás"(Broom of Satan). For photographers who often shoot in environments with conditions that exceed those of the Sunday Park and urban crumble of commonplace; smudges, grime, water residue and smears can often build up on the image sensor and focusing screen. This kit does a wonderful job of actually cleaning the delicate components of a digital camera. The only criticism I have is the lack of instructions that came with this bundle, the ONLY written words for the dust brush and loupe are on the side of the box that says something to the effect of "To turn on brush, press the button" and " CAUTION, be careful!". The sensor swab and cleaning solution has a bit more documentation with a little piece of paper that says "spray on swab, wipe sensor". So if you are inexperienced with sensor cleaning, I would recommend a different product.

For the price you pay for this product i'm a little disappointed. OK, the Sensor Loupe magnifier works as advertised. The ArticicButterfly Sensor Brush cleaned the dust off the sensor but took a little more finesse than expected. The Vswab sensor cleaner worked but again took a little more effort than expected. I would say the biggest disappointment in this kit would be the Focusing Screen Swabs and cleaning solution. I was unsuccessful in removing all the contaminants.

This is a very complete kit for cleaning and inspecting camera sensors. The product is easy to use and makes cleaning the sensor not very difficult. This saves time and money from having to have the sensor cleaned professionally of removing spots from the photo (do it right the first time in camera). The Arctic butterfly and the sensor loupe are universal (I use them on my cropped and full frame sensor). Other kits from Visible Dust include a blower but I prefer the blower from Giottos, it is great that they have kits that do and do not offer the blower because most photographers already own one.

I was using a Delkin product before this and never could get the sensor clean. The Artic Butterfly system just plain worked. It was simple, the scope was bright and allowed me to clearly see the problem areas and then clean them.
You can't ask for anything more than what this product delivers.
