The be.ez LA Robe Air 11 Allure Sleeve (Color) is designed to fit an Apple MacBook Air Notebook. It is made from soft, shape-memory, low-resilience polyurethane (LRPu) fabric with 5.0mm thick interior Robe protection. The sleeve will protect the notebook against scratches and has an inner lip for maximum protection.

I was expecting this to just be a cloth case to protect my Mac from scratching. It's still very compact for putting in a bag or a backpack, but it's thicker and more shock absorbing than I thought it would be. My computer slips easily in and out of it, and I can zip it for extra protection. Plus the design is more than attractive. I would definitely buy this again. More than worth the price.

I was looking for a case for my new macbook air and everything in the Apple Store seemed really over-priced and the cheapest cases were only in black. This one is simple, very practical -- the cushioning is good, but it doesn't really add much weight overall. I'm very happy with this case.

I use this sleeve both at home and in my backpack. One of the things I really like about it is - it is slim but also rigid. So I can stand it on its side, and slide the air into the opening easily. With the "rigid" but soft frame, it provides protection as well.
It is simple and colorful.
I guess the only improvement could be a pocket somewhere. That addition wouldn't keep it as slim - but it would be nice to have some place to stick an adaptor or cord.
I looked a quite a few and am very happy with this purchase. it fits the AIR perfectly.

Perfect - a simple slip-case, TSA complaint - just drop it in your briefcase/bag, pop out for screeners - fits in hotel safes (at least it did in 3 cities in Italy, and not 5-star hotels)
