Lomography's Redscale 100 is a unique color negative film that has been reverse-rolled for exposing through the base of the film, rather than directly to the emulsion, in order to produce dramatic red, yellow, and orange toned photographs. By exposing the film through the base, the conventional top blue layer is not fully exposed and the bottom red layer filters the blue light from fully reaching the green and blue layers, resulting in a reddish appearance. The film has a nominal sensitivity of ISO 100/21°, and the amount of red coloring can be controlled by over-exposure; with more overexposure pushing the coloring to a yellower palette.

This item contains three rolls of 120 format roll film.

Film Type Reverse-rolled (redscale) color negative film

Comments about Lomography Redscale 100 Color Negative Film (120 Roll Film, 3 Pack):

Interesting film. Fun to play around with. The colors can be unpredictable and ethereal, especially when used in my Holga camera. I used it for multiple exposure work. This film beats reverse loading the film manually like I did in college.

Comments about Lomography Redscale 100 Color Negative Film (120 Roll Film, 3 Pack):

I use this film and the Lomo 50-200 for beautiful and interesting red scale images. I love the ISO 100 because the images are consistently red soaked and on bright days, the sky sometimes turns an amazing shade of unnatural blue. I've shot this film with a Holga, Diana F+, and a Yashica TLR. The most crystal clear products are from the Yashica, but those plastic toy cameras sometimes make haunting images with this film.

Definitely worth your while, especially if your camera does not have variable ISO capabilities. I suggest bright blue sunny days as this film loves the light!
