Good for the price
I've used it for a variety of shots from landscape to jewelry. It does what it is supposed to do, but there are no extras.

As soon as I opened the box containing this Glidetrack track,I knew straightaway that I had a winning product. I have tried it on a Canon 7d and Sony Z7 and I am exteremely pleased by the results. The bearing system provides for a smooth slide and the solid construction adequately bears the above camera's weight.

Running the glidetrack with a HPX-170 and a Letus 35. It works well. Not as smooth as butter, but does the job. Considering you can spend well over $1k on one of these, this performs for the price. I love the fact it breaks down easy and small enough to fit in my tripod bad (with tripod in). I use 2 light stands to support both ends. Overall, I'd would buy again

This slider is the best in the market, It is smooth, steady on a tripod or two tripods and gives a Hollywood dimension to your filming. Slide, tilt, pan in tandem and you have amazing shots.

It takes a bit of practice, but once you get the hang of it you can avoid most of the stutter-stops and create a very smooth-flowing shot.
This is not news to most, but this is a heavy product and you need a heavy-duty tripod to handle the weight, especially when your camera is nearing the edge of the track. Otherwise, the tilt caused by the weight shift will ruin your shot.
It gets clumsy if you're moving around a lot with just one tripod and you can't take off the track easily. Watch out for walls.

I use it with a Canon T2i and it works good with that camera. Its easy to set up to my Manfrotto tripod head and legs. Its made of good quality materials. Its nice and smooth when you get up to speed but its very tricky to start a smooth move. An other thing don't like about it is that you really can't put a larger camera on it. I would love to put my OConnor 2060 on with with my HPX-500 but that would bend it out of shape.

I use this slider to obtain those tracking shots without having to set up cumbersome dolly & track. It can "stick" a little, but with practice you'll get smooth shots every time.

It uses easily because of intuition and is simple.
To shoot a movie, it may be long a little more. I think 1m to be a little short.
