The Brother MFC-9560CDW Color Laser All-In-One Printer, designed with the business place in mind, is an affordable option in the world of printers. It's also a practical one. Not only does the MFC-9560CDW print 2400 x 600 dpi documents, it also multi-tasks, providing copy, scan, and fax functionality as well. When it comes to connectivity, the 9560CDW has Wireless, Ethernet, and USB interfaces. Additionally, you can print from and scan to an iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Android, or Windows Phone 7 mobile device using the free iPrint&Scan app. PCL-6 and BR-Script 3 emulations ensure professional looking documents and compatibility.

I purchased one of these machines for my home office. My criteria for a home printer was 1) wireless 2) color laser 3) duplex. I do minimal printing (less than 100 pages a month). I was replacing a lightly used HP inkjet printer which was kept jamming horribly. I will not purchase another HP home product again. We use Brother printers at our office and have had great success with them. They just never break down or jam.I have been using the MFC-9560 for a month now and like it. I was easy to set up and had all the features I needed. None of the other competitors had everything this printer had at the $ price point. The competitive product from HP was much more expensive and the Canon product did not have all the features I was looking for (and not readily available). The only disappointment is that the power save mode while using wireless is still 9 watts of power. Being that I only print once in awile it seems like a bit of a waste to constantly burn 9 watts. The only other complaint is that the color printing is just ok, not great. The colors are a bit washed out and un-photo like. This printer should not be used to develop photos or for production of marketing materials or flyers. Its fine for printing web pages or other non critical color materials.I think Brother will replace this printer once Windows 8 is released since it is comming up on its 2 year anniversary.I have not purchased any of the consumables so I cannot comment on the cost to do that.

We use it in our office to print schedules, flyers and other mailings. The print quality is fine, but I was expecting the color to be more vivid. We still need to figure out the best way to play around with density and calibration to get the result we want. The starter cartridge ran out relatively quickly, so it may be a toner hog, but we'll see how it goes with the replacement toner. Setup was fairly easy, but still working our way through the options.

This printer is great and was exactly what I was looking for! It prints very fast, I love that it prints in color as well. We are a very busy dental office and with this printer on our network it is always busy but can always keep up. Our old printer would always lock up while scanning but this printer scans great! I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Comments about Brother MFC-9560CDW Color Laser All-In-One Printer:
Not as user friendly as the Xerox Phaser 3250, nor does it have the build quality, or the the nice looking design of a Xerox product. The first page comes out a litle slower and the prints aren't as sharp as the Xerox. However, I wanted a color a MFP and I didn't want to pay rediculous amounts for the ink. This printer fit the bill. After a few months of use I am still happy with the purchase.

We use this machine in a busy office. Our last Brother all-in-one was literally worn out, but had served us well so we purchased the 9560CDW as an upgrade/replacement. So far it is working very well and is much quicker than the old unit. Two thumbs up.

Great multi-function printer. Has a couple minor issues such as, it's probably a little slower and may be a little louder than some others. These are not a big deal for us.
Print quality is great and it's easy to operate. The multi-function capabilities are nice.
It's big but still fits nicely in our office. We would definitely purchase again for our small business.

The product meets the need sof our church nicely. The wirless function and copy capacity are wonderful.
Have only been using it for a week but it has improved our efficiency and work load noteably. I would highly recommend for any organization with moderate print/copy needs.
We did have to make some adjustments to the colors to get the hues we desired, but this was not difficult.

So far so good with the Brother MFC-9560CDW. It installed very quickly on a iMac with Snow Leopard operating system. Prints very well, scans very well. We don't use the fax. The duplex feature is great and very easy to use. B&H was the lowest price and shipped quickly so we had a quick delivery.

It works as expected.
It has a very large footprint and envelope printing is a hassle.
