The Aquapac Small Whanganui Electronics Case (348) allows you to take your Droid, BlackBerry, HTC Desire, or other larger smartphone or GPS device underwater – or at least into splash zones. With confidence you can take calls from the comfort of your surfboard and record clear video through the flexible watertight housing.

The phone or other device functions normally through the case, including its buttons, capacitive touchscreen, and talking & listening functions. The housing is guaranteed to be submersible up to 15', so the backyard pool is certainly not the limit of your underwater shooting adventures.

The Aquapac 348 comes with a lanyard. But if you do happen to lose your grip on the Small Whanganui Electronics Case housing, it will conveniently float on the water surface with the device inside. The windows are composed of LENZFLEX material, which is designed to be optically clear to facilitate optimal viewing and underwater photography & video capture.

Note! For protecting the Apple iPhone, consider Aquapac's Mini Whanganui Electronics Case (108).

Comments about Aquapac Small Whanganui Electronics Case (348):

This aquapac works great for our Dell and HP PDA's. We actually put the pda and a GPS unit in the aquapac and it usually lasts 1-2 years.. The plastic seems alittle sturdy then past models, as the stylus and outside field environments can puncture the case if not careful. Our crews are really hard on these aquapacs and so far have for the most part kept our PDAs safe and dry. The only con I can really say about the aquapac is that my most common problem is that the single casket seems pullout and fall to the ground and gets lost easily. My most the ones that come back either have a puncture or are missing the gasket.

Comments about Aquapac Small Whanganui Electronics Case (348):

We use this product every day to protect our PDA's while collecting data in remote locations. We study endangered birds that are found mostly in riparian habitat, which means we are walking through rivers and swamps all day long. This aquapac protects our expensive PDA's from all the rain, splashing and drops in the water. Great product. The only down side is that the plastic becomes scratched and it becomes hard to see screens behind the plastic after heavy use.

Doesn't fit the GPS shown in picture

Comments about Aquapac Small Whanganui Electronics Case (348):

This particular case is just a tad too short to fit the Garmin GPSmap 76 (shown), or the Garmin GPSmap 60. I have had Aquapacs in the past and have been very happy with them.

Comments about Aquapac Small Whanganui Electronics Case (348):

The case worked well throughout my 7 day canoe trip, but half-way through it developed a haze on the inside so it was hard to read the phone. I didn't try to clean it because I was afraid of the extra moisture inside the case.
