Excellently crafted!!! Does the job for my custom rig. These rods are long enough and sturdy enough to hold my shoulder pad, battery pack and whatever other acessories one has. NICE QUALITY AT A GREAT PRICE!!!

I would NOT recommend carbon rods this size!!
with BIG lenses we NEED metal rods.. if you want them to remind straight :) and they are very light actially... compare to RIG in general ...

Exactly what I was expecting. A little heavy, but for the price, you can't beat them.

The quality of aluminum is good. The rods seem amply stiff and quite light.
I cut these rods into 3 sets using a plumbing pipe cutter.
This made for exceptional value.

I got these at 24" and cut them to a pair of 16" and 8". They work well with all the rod clamps that I already own. Don't know how well they would support a much larger camera rig since I have a DSLR setup.

I used these to expand my shoulder rig (reputable, low-level company) and they work like a charm. Of the same quality as the company's original rods and 1/2 the price. Easy to cut down to necessary size and solid as a rock.

i actually cut these rails down to 6" lengths and 18" lengths, which was a great way to get 2 sets of rails for less than $100. They fit with my redrock and cavision accessories perfectly, and have a nice anodized finish. No complaints.

These 15mm rods work great. For the money you can't beat them. I do wish they were carbon fiber, but of course you would pay a lot more. 24" is really long, but I figured they would be good to add accessories or even add a shoulder pad and hand grips for an inexpensive shoulder mount.
