Polaroid's PL144 Shoe Mount Flash for Nikon is a full TTL-enabled flash with support for Nikon SLR cameras. The power-zoom flash head provides coverage for lenses from 24mm to 85mm, with a guide number of 148'/45 m at the 85mm position. A built-in slave allows it to be positioned off-camera, and triggered by another flash. The output level can be adjusted from full-power down to 1/16th power, and an auto sleep mode means less charging time, more shooting time. This is a perfect all-purpose, economical flash for anyone using digital or 35mm Nikon SLRs. A "self-storing" diffuser and reflective panels, as well as a fitted protective case, are included.

Comments about Polaroid PL-144AZ Shoe Mount Flash for Nikon:
My husband gave me this as an early Christmas gift, and I am completely in love! I have already probably wore this poor thing out, but it is AMAZING. Really good time slot (it doesn't take long for the flash to recharge at all) the swivel is perfect for avoiding specular lighting on human subjects and the diffuser works great as well. Easy to get used to and the info book is a great help as well! Lovin' this product!

Comments about Polaroid PL-144AZ Shoe Mount Flash for Nikon:
I used this flash both on camera and as a slave. On camera, it over exposed almost every time. As a slave, it was generally too late to help the shot at all. If you want to shoot in the cameras manual modes everytime, this flash is great. It's powerful and light weight.
