The Yamaha NP11 Piaggero 61 Key Piano-Style Keyboard delivers high quality piano sounds, user friendly operation and a lightweight compact design. The NP11 features full-size piano keys for maximum comfort and control, and built-in speakers. Yamaha's Advanced Wave Memory (AWM) sound engine is at the heart of the Piaggero's realistic sound.

- Advanced Wave Memory (AWM) Stereo Sampling
- AWM, Advanced Wave Memory Stereo sampling is a sampling system, creating superb wave data that mirrors the sound and expression of the original instrument by using advanced digital technologies. It creates a unique, rich sound by using multiple waveforms.
- Built-in Stereo Speaker System
- The NP11 uses a highly efficient stereo amplifier, generating a solid sound in this slim, light and compact digital piano. With 2.5 watts per channel, the Piaggero NP 11 is ready to go, whenever you are.
- Piano Preset Songs
- It provides performance data for piano songs as well as voice demo songs, for your listening pleasure.
- Battery Power or AC Adaptor
- The NP11 can be used with an AC adaptor, the 6-hour and more (with alkaline battery, Reference data from NP-30) battery is the key to Piaggero portability. (Japan Industry Regulation) (Whether and what type of adaptors come with the product vary according to the region in which the product was sold. Please check with your local dealer.)
- Auto Power Off Mode
- This is a new, eco-friendly mode. The NP11 comes with a function that turns off the power automatically if the keyboard has not been used for a set amount of time (30 minutes) in order to avoid using power unnecessarily. This supports long battery life.

I own a real piano, and this Piaggero is excellent for practicing out of home. The keys are sensitive, althougn they are very light.
Be aware that it doesn´r come with the power source (you have to purchase it separetely, and I recommend it¡)

The NP11 is a real nice small electronic replacement for my apartment-size acoustic grand piano which I recently gave to my daughter for herself, her husband and my new grandson. It serves my purposes very well indeed, taking up much less space, providing excellent sound, and enabling me to do pretty much all I want to do as a retired former music professor and teacher who no longer plays professionally but loves to have an instrument at home.
