Questions? Ask our experts:

The Epson PowerLite 905 Multimedia Projector is a widescreen multimedia projector with a host of advanced features. For example, it turns out a powerful 3000 lumens at a 2000:1 contrast ratio, specs made even more impressive by the 905's affordability.

The 905 offers a number of conveniences which are normally exclusive to higher priced units. The (1024 x 768) projector offers USB Plug 'n Play capability, which implements a standard USB cable to connect to your computer or other USB device, enabling near-instant projection.

Finally, specs are just numbers unless they result in great images. With the 905 the proof is on the screen due to the combined efforts of 3LCD technology which delivers amazing color, and the energy-efficient E-TORL lamp, an Epson exclusive, which costs less to run and replace than similar lamps and lasts up to 6000 hours in eco-mode. At a quiet 33 dB, the 905 will be seen but not heard, rewarding you with a beautiful presentation and the satisfaction of money well-spent.

Comments about Epson PowerLite 905 Multimedia Projector:

If you want a projector that is portable, bright, and can project just about anything yo throw at it, then this projector should be on your list. This one is being used in a small country church, and it is bright enough to be used any part of the day. It is portable so it can be used in a Sunday school room, as well as being licked in a safe for protection from theft and vandalism after hours. When the projector is put in location and turned on, it automatically adjusts keystone. There is also an AV mute, so the projector can be warmed up and ready, but not project until your presentation starts. Finally, it has plenty of inputs so it can take your computer, VCR, DVD, Blu-Ray, or anything else you want to connect.

Comments about Epson PowerLite 905 Multimedia Projector:

We purchased this projector to show a DVD to the members of our church during a service. It was easy to set up and the picture was very clear. It was a good buy for the money and much easier to set up than a TV and DVD player that we used to use.

3k lumens in a little box!
        Good image.
We have installed several with good results.

Like always a center lens design is prefered and an auto lens cover is a nice missing option on most projectors.

Comments about Epson PowerLite 905 Multimedia Projector:

I like the multiple options for input, especially being able to shoot images straight from a thumb drive. This helps offset its mid-range size when I do have to pack and go. In seminars, I like the double vga input which allows a student connect a presentation without having to physically disconnect and later reconnect my system.
