No surprise that this is a well-built all around solid case. Easy to pull out the foam to custom fit my camera and lenses. The latches are very tight, could be a problem for people with arthritis. I like them, makes it feel solidly closed.

I plan on using this as a carryon on a couple of upcoming trips, and in the boat while fishing.

I got this Pelican case to carry and protect my 10" monitor, 2 extra batteries and SDI-HDSDI converter. I am feeling secure and my investements are well proctected! Plus it looks very very Professional. Thx Pelican and a great thanks to BH video for the wonderful service.I am a customer for life.

We use this case to transport our wireless mic equipment. Less than a c-note to protect gear costing thousands from just about anything is a real bargain.

Great case by a proven brand. This case fit my 7' Marshall Monitor perfectly. Also enough room to fit a few batteries and power cord. The pluck n pull foam insert is easy to use and modify to fit whatever equipment you will be carrying in the case.

Perfect case for something with lots of attachments that need to be kept organized in an easily accessible manner. There should be a picture of it in the dictionary next to the words built-like-a-tank. The case closes securely and water would have a hard time finding its way in--if at all. There are no drawbacks to it.

I am shipping my Nikon 300 2.8 lens overseas and needed a heavy duty case that can withstand the impact.

Although I have only just received the case, I am confident this will do the job perfectly. Its heavy duty and looks like its up for the job.

The pluck and pick foam was a pleasure to use and my lens fits snug and comfy in the case.

I am sure there is even room for a camera too if I decide to pluck more foam later.

I ordered the pelican silica gel too which will help with humidity during travelling.

Very happy with my purchase, looks like I have a case that will last a very long time.

The PROS: I purchased this case to protect a Nikon D7000 camera and lenses. Its very adaptable to your specific needs by simply removing the foam inserts. I kept the removed pieces, just in case I ever purchase a new camera or lense and need to reconfigure my space.
B&H had the lowest price and the service was surprisingly on time and on budget. Most of the time the lowest price means you may have to wait but B&H delivered as promised!

Best price on the web! The case has several thousand dollars with of sensitive equipment in it and the Pick'n'Pluck foam is very easy to work with to get everything in place, well supported and protected.

I mounted this case on the top rack of my motorcycle (on the back). It's the perfect size, it's super durable and waterproof, and the "lockability" of the case is perfect for the application.
I have nothing negative to report about this case. Price point was good, shipping was fast.

Big enough to carry a camera, grip, two lenses and plenty of accessories SECURELY. Small enough to EASILY fit in an overhead bin! Who wants to check their equipment and trust that it won't be damaged? Great case! Lightweight, very secure, Perfect!

Perfectly fits my D700 with multiple accessories. I filled the case with tissue paper and submerged it for few mintues to test and the interior stayed dry as advertised. The only thing I regret was not thinking before I started plucking out the foam. Initially I traced around my gear with a marker and then plucked the foam. had I placed my equipment upside down and then traced, I could have flipped the foam over when finished to hide the marks. Minor detail, but it might help anyone who reads this review. Also be sure if you plan to store anything in the case long term its very important to have some form of dessiccant in the case.

I keep my sound equipment in this Case. This is my fourth Pelican Case and because of the experience I have had of the other there was no question that I wanted one more for the sound equipment. I have been using Pelican Cases to transport heavy and sensitive underwater camera equipment around the World and the have exceeded my expectations. They are far from being expensive.
