Product works great except one problem. When I put CD's into the computer, every album comes up as unknown. As a result I have to manually enter all of the music info(Title,Artist etc). I never have this problem with my IPOD. I did not expect a lot for the price but I did expect it to automatically recognize and put the titles of the songs in. Otherwise it works as advertised.
