I must say I was somewhat skeptical about these not because jvc was a corny company, in fact they always made decent headphones. No skeptical only because of all the hype surrounding these new companies who claim to sell "great" headphones. I have been listening to my music thru a multitude of earphones, from Dre. Beats to skull candy, senhieser to Bose. And none can compete with level of low end theses ear buds produce. The highs and miss are good, not great out of the box( I'll explain in a sec). The volume is extremely loud AND very clear! The low end is bone jarring! You can FEEL IT!!! When used in conjunction w/a sound processor like beats audio or dsp manager on the Android phones the miss and highs take on a whole new meaning!!! These trump a lot of earphones 10x the price. And yes we have a quite a few in our home. No comparison!!!A must own set of ear buds. Great quality and very thick cord and VERY RUGGED!!!! Will buy another set and sell my beats on online. WAYYYY BETTER THAN THE MORE EXPENSIVE SETS OUT TODAY!!!

These headphones are probably some of the best headphones I have ever purchased. The bass is definitely there and the mids and highs are almost perfect. The only complaint I have is my "ear holes" are small and although these come with three different size rubber buds, the smallest is to small for me but the medium is to fat. It is just a minor flaw in my eyes and isn't bad enough for me to not buy them again. This is my second pair as someone at my school stole my other ones. Lucky guy I'd say...

I got a new iPhone 5 and I hated the stock headphones. they were too slippery and fell out of my ear while exercising So found these babies. They cancel out all the sound around me, almost too well. They Fit in my ear and stay in there. Saving the best for last, THE BASS ON THESE PUPPIES is amazing. great purchase.

The bass is rich deep loud and crisp, but doesn't take away from the rest of the music. Fits in the ear comfortably and feels like it isn't even there. Superior to in ear beats in my experience. I recommend this to any and all who love music.

I use this with my samsung galaxy note and it works amazingly. Bass is kicking loud, the earplugs do a magnificent job at keeping external noise at bay. I wear mines at my gym , even with the blaring music blasting I only turn my volume halfway. When compared with my friend's Dre Beats earbud, I rather picked these anyday over the Dre's and save myself $70.

They named these earphones perfectly, they really do explode! I love them, even better than my Beats! They are so powerful you have to make sure the volume is down before you wear them or your head could explode! The price is great, and the quality is superb. A lot of people are brand snobs about some higher end earphones, but these outperform any in ear phones I've tried yet, and I've spent a lot on them over the years. The only somewhat negative is that they are rather large in your ear, but still comfortable enough to stay in through my entire workout. Not to mention the huge 10mm drivers they contain need that space to THUMP so hard. I would buy these again in a heartbeat, and recommend them to anyone who appreciates full sound at a great price! Worth every penny!
