I woud love to use this product. It looks greatI just can not open it and use it. No CD/Capture software. I was hoping to buy another but the manufacturer did not include the CD. I was told to go to a web site where I downloaded the software, Which does not work.I am very disappointed

Excellent microscope, magnifies well, sharp clear image. Variable level LED illuminates items properly. Manual focus is a little sluggish on screen refresh, but works ok.

Comments about veho VMS-001 200x USB Microscope:
Microscope does exactly what it says.
I got it for my kids to experiment with, but its much better at examining texture or fine details of things. They got bored with it pretty quickly. We probably need a stonger microscope...
I am not fond of the software, I'd rather it just interact with the computer like a webcam, so I wouldn't have to download more software. I have a mac, so the mini-CD is no help, and the veho website is not the easiest thing to navigate
