I USE THIS TO POWER MY SIRIUS RADIO ON MY SPORTBIKE.I PLUG THE JACK FROM THE AMP INTO MY SIRIUS RADIO AND HEADPHONES HOOKED UP TO THE SPEAKER TERMINALS ON THE AMP ITSELF.THERE IS NOT A HEADPHONE OUT JACK,JUST POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE TERMINALS. WORKS FINE, EVEN WHEN RIDING ON THE INTERSTATE DOING 70. NOT EVEN CLOSE TO 300 WATTS THOUGH.ITS ONLY PUTTING OUT LIKE 7 WATTS PER CHANNEL.NO CLUE WHERE THE 300 WATTS COMES FROM.ITS ONLY ABOUT 2 INCHES WIDE,3 INCHES LONG.VERY SMALL UNIT.

I used this amp to connect a speaker to a walkie-talkie. It is absolutely perfect and works better than the $150 amp I got for another portable radio.

This is a great little amp especially for the price. I use it for a homeade stereo and it works great and is plenty loud. Great buy!

Comments about Pyle Pro PHA25 300W Stereo Audio Amplifier:
I bought this to amplify my computer's audio output and power some speakers in my kitchen. Ignoring the "300W" bogus title, I figured in reality it probably would deliver 10 watts or so based on it's size, price and power supply. Given that expectation, it did just what I wanted.
Don't think for a second that you can get 300W from a 12 volt power supply, unless the amplifier contains an internal switching power supply like most car stereos. Ohm's law says that power equals voltage squared / load resistance times .707 (to convert from pk pwr to RMS). Doing the math you get 12X12/8ohmsX.707=12Wrms. (a 4 ohm spkr would draw 24W). Sorry for the nerdy stuff - I'm an electrical engineer.
Also, the packaging says "headphone amplifier". 12W is too much for a heaphone amp - you might wipe out your phones and your ears. Headphones need < 1W typically.
I only recommend this to users who buy it with the understanding that it's only a stereo 12 W amp. It does a fine job in this role. I opened it up and the manufacturing quality looked good.

I haven't installed this yet because it does not come with a power supply. Otherwise, it looks like it will fit my needs for an inexpensive amplifier.

Great product. Deserves 5 stars (if it came with power adapter). I was looking for a powered amp to run sound reacting lights so I have not tested product for distortion, etc. Could only find AA battery options at the [...]. The PHA25 is awesome for the price.
