Use on my L series Canon lens for protection in many damp and/or dusty situations and want to protect it. Am on my second or third filter but would rather replace the filter than scratch the lens. The filter is much higher quality than most other brands and worth the extra money, why use a cheap filter on a suburb lens and risk degrading the image.
