The Swann PenCam 4 GB is a mini video camera and recorder hidden in a ballpoint pen. It can be used as a pen at one moment and can discreetly capture color AVI videos and high-resolution images at the next. You can record and store up to 90 minutes of video or audio on the built-in 4GB USB stick, and these data can be easily transferred to a PC via the PC's USB port. Videos can be stamped with the date and time when they are captured, making the PenCam useful for legal evidence.

The concept for taking video notes is good. But the video is not clear when your target is moving. The audio is not good too.

I was amazed at how well the video quality was. I have used it stationary, walking, as well as driving in a car. Only thing that is a bit suspicious, is the bright blue light that will shine on your shirt when using to video tape something or someone.
