The Cinevate Simplis Quick Release Plate with Cyclops DSLR Viewfinder, used for HDSLR cameras, offers enhanced view of the camera's LCD for movie recording, and provides easy attachment/detachment from the camera and tripod.
Standardized for Manfrotto 503 quick release plate, the Simplis system allows vertical ejection of the camera plate, thus reducing chances of interference with other accessories while you take your camera off a particular setup. The Simplis quick release plate system features multiple holes to support rails and rods for additional accessories.
The Cyclops viewfinder has 72mm achromatic lens elements and magnifies the image on your camera LCD to assist in convenient movie shooting. The fully-coated glasses provide sharp image reproduction with minimized aberrations. With the flick of a handle, you can move the Cyclops viewfinder away from the camera LCD.

I love it's simplicity, and the ease of use! I am planning on purchasing extras for the device so as to make it the perfect add on to my new DSLR camera! The only thing I am not too crazy about is the lack of the "bad eyes control" you don't get with this item. If you have good eyes at close range it's perfect! But, with age, the near site tends to go down hill, and I'd rather not have to use glasses while working with my camera.
