Comments about Sony MPK-THK Waterproof Case for Cyber-shot TX10 Camera:

Even though the Sony CyberShot TX-10 is designed to go underwater, you may not want to go too deep, have to change batteries, or worry about the two camera seals working properly or not. It also allows far greater depths, which most people don't want to be worrying about once you're already in the water!

I didn't want to take the chance, so I got this prior to a trip with my son last year to Maui. I'm so glad I did, because this case made it easy to not have to worry about any of those things listed above, and I did have to change batteries on the beach.

The shots I got snorkeling on Maui and Lana'i were fantastic. I know the shots of sea turtles and other sea life would not have turned out near as nice without this case.

I recommend it highly if you own the TX-10, and like to snorkel or dive and take photos. It's the smallest underwater high quality camera available, with HD video and panorama photos.

Comments about Sony MPK-THK Waterproof Case for Cyber-shot TX10 Camera:

Once I figured out how to switch the camera to housing mode, it was awesome. It was easy to switch from different modes/setting such as underwater to underwater panorama etc... The quality of the pictures were still the same also. The only thing that isn't that great about it is that when you turn it right on, it takes a while to zoom in and out.

Comments about Sony MPK-THK Waterproof Case for Cyber-shot TX10 Camera:

I bought the TX10 for a vacation in mexico. After reading the manual and seeing the amount of care the TX10 needs after being in the water I decided to get the waterproof case and it was the perfect accessory to take snorkeling. you have access to so many more features of the camera when its in the case and the camera is set to housing mode. Its like an added level of protection for your camera when its in water. Very easy to handle and changing settings under water. Pictures came out great.
