The Davis & Sanford Quick-Release Plate for BHQ8 Ball Head snaps into the quick-release element of the BHQ8 head, which supports up to 7 lb.
This replacement or additional quick-release plate makes it a simple & prompt matter to change out one camera for another on the head, or to release a camera from the head to switch to handheld shooting.
The plate has an anti-skid cork surface as well as a 1/4"-20 screw.
