A set of these, fully charged, keeps my SB700 popping for a few hundred shots. Recycle time is pretty fast, too. The 2300mAh version fits into the flash better than the 2600mAh ones, which are fatter.

These batteries are great for the Canon 580 EX II, the recycle time is excellent, and work really good with the sennheiser g3 camera mounted receiver and body pack transmitter, these batteries lasted a conference of eight hours and the transmitter and receiver still showed two out of three bars of power.
