The black Rolling Propack 220 from Domke is a multi-functional, water-resistant nylon bag designed for the shooter on the go. This rugged bag makes packing easy and organized. Several sections are available to hold everything from photo gear to extra clothes. It looks like a piece of luggage but can also be used for a location pack when loaded with a ton of gear. The in-line wheels make navigating ramps and hallways easy or the top carry handle is ready to be grabbed when unloading the 220 from the trunk of your car. Strong front buckles secured on a wide strap that runs the length of the bag keep the bag shut.

Six storage pockets are available for cameras, lenses and accessories. Even if you're not going to use it just for photo gear, you can pack it with extra clothes in one of its spacious compartments. Or, if you just need it for clothes, you'll still have room for a camera or two. As a matter of fact, if you fold your Domke F-2 or F-3X, you can store it in the front of the 220 and have a handy shoulder bag with you when you arrive at your destination. The bag is expandable by 2.5" (6.4 cm)  by simply opening one of the zippers. As a shooting bag, it does the job but as a weekend bag, it's just as viable. In fact, it's like having two bags in one. The movable dividers permit you to sculpt the inside to suit your equipment needs. Outside, the YKK zippers are rugged and supported by metal hardware. As a fashionable addition, there are leather accents that set the bag apart from similar stow-and-go rolling packs.

The name "Domke" is synonymous with bag quality. Their bags have graced the shoulders of pros and amateurs for decades. Backed by their 2-year warranty, the Propack 220 offers you features that make it appealing for a flexible, rugged and reliable rolling pack.

The bag is heavy to start off due to all the dense foam protection, but that's why it has wheels. Infinite possiblities to arrange camera gear inside the bag. Don't figure on a laptop over 15", the compartment is ideal for a macbook. If you are flying, don't even think you can use the expandible feature and get it into an overhead compartment. I had one flight were it was a struggle with just the normal dimensions, it's a little thick for todays flight standards. Price-wise, I got mine on sale and saved a bunch over the other offerings.

Think Tank are the rolls royce of rolling bags but this one is almost as good for a third of the price! Great space - separate laptop compartment with its own sleeve - well padded interior with lots of options for layout. What a bargain!! I am using this for a FS-100 with 4 lenses and audio mics.

Simply an outstanding roller. I picked mine up while on sale. Had a TT Airport Navigator on order, but quickly backed out when I saw this on sale. Huge price difference and no sacrifice of quality. Completely customizable dividers and nice dedicated laptop compartment. The zippers could benefit with dedicated lock loops, but that is the only problem I can find. As a unknown bonus, the bag came with a quality tripod bag and straps. How cool is that? The money I saved with this compared to the Think Tank bought me another PocketWizard Plus-X and few other small items.

This is a great product as a base pack if your have more gear than a photo enthusiast. It is not as fancy as the lowepro or thinktank equivalents but for the money its one hell of a bargain. I use it as a pack for storing all my photo gear and it stores everything I own except my tripod (I am pretty sure it can hold a travel tripod with ease). It holds my D800 with grip and the 3-4 lenses I own along with my complete Lee filter kit and an Sb700 chargers and batteries and carryspeed strap. I also like thae fact that you can take the interior casing out and use it as a trolley bag in a pinch.

Get it. You won't be disappointed. I've got 2 7D's, 70-200, 18-135, 50, 17-50, 10-20, 4 flash triggers in it. (3 flashes are in a shoulder bag that I outgrew). Get this bag before it goes back to regular price. I looked for a long time for something like this and was discouraged by the high prices of the other rolling bags. This thing is very sturdy and protects my stuff.

I am primarily a wedding photographer I use this Rolling Domke bag for my "extras" it's extremely easy to roll around I put my primary bag on top of it when going to different locations. I'm saving my back but not carrying the stuff I don't always need but may need and want and time is always precious during a wedding day. Lots of compartments, tons of padding! Great case for the price!

          Comments about Domke Rolling Propack 220 (12.5 x 6 x 18.5", Black):

This bag just keeps giving and giving. I keep finding more storage areas. The main compartment is large and is easy to rearrange to fit your needs. The wheels are nice "in-line skate" wheels and the handle is sturdy. Can easily pack enough gear for a 2 week trip and still have room. I packed camera with lens attached, 3 additional lenses, camcorder, tripod head, flash, 4x6 filters in case, multiple charges, cords, book, ..... and still have not unzipped the bag to expand it nor filled the pockets or added a small laptop/ tablet. One of the best finds I have found in a long time. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that it is a bit heavy to begin with, if I could give 4.75 stars I would.

Very expensive, carries a good bit of gear, and room for a laptop...although it is a bit snug for the laptop. I like that you can grab the handles and lug out the camera gear with one tug, and sit it somewhere, (if need be) away from the case. The handle for rolling is a bit loose feeling and somewhat flimsy I think. Decent case all around for my needs.

This is a really well made bag. The "expandable" part is accessed from the inside and is very large. There's a zipper at the very top of the lid to access it. Took me a while to figure it out! I've got a D800, 2 lenses, 2 speedlights, a hoodloupe, chargers, and remote triggers/releases in the main compartment and still have a little room left. The padding in the main compartment is a "tray" that pulls out. The front pockets are plenty big and the expandable part. I'm sure this will be part of my "gear" for a long time.

little larger than I thought, but it really holds all my gear and lens. And I feel like they're all well protected. I wanted a simple case just to hold and store everything at home with easy access, and it does. Fits well into many spaces. Holds 2 smaller canon rebels, five larger lenses (for my 7D), flash, and many, many accessories. Its great. It is top heavy if you put all the gear on the top of course. does get heavier as more gear is added to it.

I just wish that the wheels were a little larger.

I bought the bag so that I don't have to carry my gear on planes in a backpack. Getting older and carrying a backpack on long trips can be very tiring so having a bag with wheels that will not only carry my camera gear but also my PC is a big plus. I haven't had a chance to take it out on a plane or a shoot at this time. I was impressed with the amount of space that it has internal and the slot that for the PC that looks like it would hold a 20" as my 17" fits with room to spare.

Once I have had a chance to really take it out and use the bag I will post additional information.

I will change my overal rating based on how it does, so right now the most that I can rate it is a 4 star since it does meet all of my current plans.

Had been looking for a rolling photo bag for a while. Saw this on sale at B&H and thought it was worth a try. Turned out to be even better than I expected. Easily carries a couple of pro bodies, several lenses, flash, and other accessories. Many pockets for stowing gear. Rolls well. Tough nylon material and stitching seems very solid. Interior is easily configured for whatever you want to carry. Meets airline carry-on rules. Only negative is that it's fairly heavy even when empty. Might be a load getting into an overhead bin when fully loaded. Overall a tremendous value for what I paid for it.

So many pockets! Seems very sturdy and well made. Thick, solid padding to protect all of my gear. I use this bag as a carry-all and it fits everything with room to spare. I wish it had a few small pockets for memory cards and batteries and such. It does have some plastic sleeves for memory cards, but they don't provide a secure fit for CF cards. It's also a bit front heavy, but won't tip forward unless it's nudged. It'll stay upright. All in all, this bag is awesome! I also like the fact it looks like luggage and not a camera bag. It's a little less eye catching, maybe making it less desirable to thieves

Think Tank are the rolls royce of rolling bags but this one is almost as good for a third of the price! Great space - separate laptop compartment with its own sleeve - well padded interior with lots of options for layout. What a bargain!! I am using this for a FS-100 with 4 lenses and audio mics.
