Adobe Dreamweaver CS5.5 for Mac is a powerful web interface design editor for Mac that supports HTML, CSS, and PHP. Dreamweaver allows you to create web pages using a powerful visual editor, or by directly editing code. It is compatible with many popular content management systems, including WordPress, Joomla!, and Drupal.
In addition, Adobe has made it much easier to design for smartphone & tablet browsers as well as native iOS and Android apps. A Multiscreen Preview panel lets you style and visualize rendering for a range of devices in a single panel. Using the open-source PhoneGap framework, you can build and package native apps for Android and iPhones and convert your existing HTML to a mobile phone app.
Dreamweaver features tools that will help you write cleaner code, whether it be straight HTML, JavaScript, or Ajax. Version CS5.5 adds support for HTML5, including the <video> (with QuickTime) and <svg> tags. You'll be able to add video in the FLV format to web projects with ease. You'll also have access to a wealth of training and community tools, including user forums, to help you hone your web creation skills.

I was pleased to see that Dreamweaver CS5.5 MAC works in MAC (Lion) OSX 10.7.2, as I also use it in a Windows environment.
Dreamweaver fits in great with my workflow - it packs a heap of features that are there if you need them - or if you only need the basics, as a code editor only, it's excellent for that as well. It is a bit pricey, but no other HTML/code editor packs as much punch as DW - and it really optimises my workflow.
All of the work elements I need to use as a coder are well thought out here - I like Liveview when mocking up a design, and especially like the multiscreen preview for devices such as tablets, smartphones, etc.
I also love the way I can organise separate windows of code and/or preview mode in a dual setup monitor environment especially. I have tried quite a few editors, but just couldn't find one as rounded as Dreamweaver.
I also really like the find/replace feature - it is really handy to be able to find and/replace elements in the current document's source code, folder, or current site. I've used this quite a bit in the past and it has saved me heaps of time.
An improvement would be the ability to create new Toolbars as well as the ability to customize the built-in Toolbars (similar to the level in MS Office). Customization of toolbars should not just be limited to the "Favorites".
