The black StreamLine 100 Shoulder Bag from Lowepro is a slim, trim and tough little case that was designed to hold a small compact camera plus a few accessories. Cameras such as your Sony NEX, Olympus PEN, Samsung NX100 or Panasonic GF cameras will find a comfortable home within the soft tricot-lined interior while the rugged nylon and polyester exterior will guard against rain, dust and grime.

This shoulder bag is equipped with enough pockets to hold both the camera and accessories such as memory cards, batteries. There is even a handy built-in microfiber cloth so your gear can always be kept clean. Dual top zippers with wide pull tabs secure the top. The front of the bag has an interestingly designed, vertically oriented zippered pocket for small accessories. The back of the bag has another zippered pocket, horizontally oriented, that will hold the same kind of "stuff" such as your cell phone or ID.

The shoulder strap is not only wide and comfortable but fully adjustable. Inside, the orange tricot lining is not only gentle on your gear but bright to make visibility of the contents easier. Backed by Lowepro's lifetime warranty, the StreamLine 100 is a simple yet totally functional shoulder bag for those looking for a reasonably-priced, lightweight shoulder bag from a company world-renowned for its quality.

I bought this bag to carry my Sony NEX 5N camera with the Tamron 18-200mm lens with hood attached. I removed the little divider that comes in the bag. I lay the camera down horizontally. I had hoped to squeeze in the kit lens, as well, and though I found a way to fit the kit lens in, it was an extremely tight fit so I took the 18-55mm kit lens out. With the Tamron 18-200 the kit lens was redundant, anyway. I am also able to fit the battery charger with a spare battery attached in the bag as well, by laying the charger in the bottom and lying the camera on top. I also carry a polarizer in one of the side pockets.

I LOVE this bag, but it is VERY small. I would have given it 5 stars if it were just an inch or two larger on all sides. I had read reviews saying that it was very small, but in my mind I was still envisioning it larger than it is. When I pulled it out of the box I was taken aback by its tiny size, and feared I'd never fit my camera with long lens in. I was so glad when it did fit, because I love the style of the bag so much I didn't want to return it.

This bag does not scream "camera!". Most people will assume it's a casual handbag or maybe a small lunch tote. I love the long strap that will fit cross-body, and it has a great little clip to adjust the length in just a second so you don't have to mess with tugging and pulling the strap through to make it longer or shorter. The unique cord like zipper pulls are wonderful! Love them so much better than regular zipper tabs.

Bottom line: If you want to carry just your small inter-changeable lens camera with a long lens, or your small inter-changeable lens camera with a shorter lens and one very small extra lens, this bag is ideal. If you think you might want to carry two or three extra lenses, you should choose a larger option.

I was looking for a bag for a second camera body. I have several lenses that I travel with when on location and thus keep the body and each lens in their separate bags and use a backpack for everything (plus the backpack is then big enough for a monopod, jacket, wallet, snack, etc).
My primary camera body bag is the LowePro Toploader Zoom 45 AW. I've liked that one because it also has space for an extra battery, a cloth, extra mem cards, and the camera strap -- all fitting easily, and in addition, it's very easy to get the camera body in and out. I was trying to decide on either another Toploader or something a bit more compact since I have a bit of extra top space with the TopLoader. The B&H salesperson directed me to the Streamline. I decided to try it because either I'd love it so much that I'd use it for my primary camera body (6d) or if not, it would still be ok for my second backup body (T2i). The Streamline is a decent bag. It has room for the body, a cloth, and the camera strap (tucked on the side) in the main compartment. It has two outside zippered compartments. One is quite nice -- (regular horizontal zippered compartment) and it holds an extra battery (or two) quite easily. The other, however, (vertical zippered compartment)I don't care for the design. It either needed to be another horizontal zipper or only half as deep. With the camera inside, I can only slide my fingers (not my whole hand) into the compartment. Thus, I can't reach the entire depth of this compartment and wouldn't be able to retrieve most small things that you'd be putting in there. The StreamLine also has a removable velcro divider that has a small mem card holder -- but I'm not fond of it (I prefer my memory cards to be in a separate compartment from anything else). I would not be able to use that vertical zippered compartment for memory cards because of not being able to retrieve them out of there! Thus, my overall verdict is that the Streamline makes a decent 2nd bag for me. It provides nice compact storage for my second camera body -- whether it's at home or travelling with me; however, it didn't make the cut as my new primary camera body bag. I still prefer the TopLoader, even though it's a bit roomier than I need because of the ease in getting the camera in/out, and the separate zippered storage pockets (batteries in one, mem cards in the other).

        Comments about StreamLine 100 Shoulder Bag (8.1 x 3.5 x 8.7", Black):

It's very well made and fits the essentials. My wife really likes it. I put out Nikon 1 J1 in there with a second lens. It has a pouch for the remote, too.

The only problem is that it needs to be 1/4" deeper, 1/2" wider, and 3/4" shorter. Everything would be perfect for my kit. It all squeezes in there OK, but I'd like a little more room, and then shrink the height a bit.

I am using this bag for Sony A6000. It packs the camera with 16-50 lens, plus additional 55-210 lens with hood, spare battery, A/C charger, minor cleaning supplies. It's VERY tight, but fits. The bag is small, and I'm very satisfied.

This bag is a great size to hold a camera, a couple of lenses and me ory cards. It's cushioned well so you don't need to worry about the equipment banging around. The size is great because it doesn't feel like you're carrying a huge camera bag around with you ( well, you're not). The size is convenient and it's comfortable to carry. Very glad I chose it and highly recommend.

Truly for the bare essentials only. I bought a Sony A6000 with this, and it fits the camera with the kit lens on, and you can have another lens on the side, or other stuff that doesn't occupy much space, since it has a customizable division which protects the camera. For now I fit the camera, 1additional battery in the middle, a few personal things on the side, and my ID and credit cards on the outside zipper (it has 2 pockets outside, but it doesn't fit more than cards because of how padded it is). All in all, I love this little bag. Is very lightweight and protects well the camera and lens.

Bought the bag for an Olympus E-PL5 (with its kit 14-42 mm lens), plus an Olympus 40-150 mm lens. The camera and extra lens fit snugly, and the material and padding are fine. Main shortcoming: the bag opens with a strange zipper top, which is awkward. Putting the camera in the bag (and taking it out) is an oddly difficult task, requiring dexterity and contortion, especially if you're in the field and have other equipment. It's a serious design flaw. A regular shoulder-bag flap would be much better and easier. Second shortcoming: the shoulder strap is flat webbing without padding—so it slides around and is uncomfortable. Still waiting for Lowepro to make one of its normal shoulder bags for a small camera and lens.

                                Comments about StreamLine 100 Shoulder Bag (8.1 x 3.5 x 8.7", Black):

I use this to carry around a Micro 4/3rds camera with a Panasonic power zoom lens (pancake when closed), a Telephoto lens, an SD Card, a few 37 mm filters, a few batteries and extra screen protectors.

The Straps are good because you can shift the way the bag hangs off your body, you can position the bag so it's securely against your torso. This is good if you are going to be either adventurous or in a high crime area.

The bag includes an adequate screen cloth and a pocket for a second SD card, both located in the removable divider.

Overall this is a solid, no-frills camera bag that will protect your equipment but still convenient enough to carry with you everywhere.

                                  Comments about StreamLine 100 Shoulder Bag (8.1 x 3.5 x 8.7", Red/Black):

The LowePro Streamline is super compact but holds and protects my Nikon 1 V1 with two lenses an extra battery and remote control. The red color is just right, not too bright but not too brown either. The shoulder strap has a unique design that fits comfortably on my shoulder. The material feels durable without being too heavy. I love this bag and I am using my camera more because the compact kit is easy to carry and easy to fit in my vehicles without taking up too much space.

It snugly fits our NEX-6, and it feels well-protected. Depending on the lens you have on the camera, you _may_ have space left for another lens. There are no real spots for anything else that's not flat (SD card would work, battery not so much). With the zipper positioning, you're pretty much pulling the camera through the open zipper with one hand while holding it open with the other so you need both hands unless you don't mind the zipper scraping over the camera and lens. If you need a compact on-the-go case for such a camera with a longer lens, this one is ok. If you have add-ons other than SD cards, you probably want something a little larger.

This product is used for my Sony NEX 5N camera and telephoto lens. It is very compact. However it is very snug for both the camera and the telephoto lens. With both items in the bag, it is a bit difficult to extract the camera. I would have liked to have enough room to carry the flash and the battery charger, but that is not possible. If you are just using the camera without an extra lens, it is fine. Otherwise, I would look for something a bit roomier.

It's a bit of a tight fit for the Sony Nex-5n, but the padding and quality is top-notch. I like the shape and styling.

                                            Comments about StreamLine 100 Shoulder Bag (8.1 x 3.5 x 8.7", Black):

Very slim and compact, yet comfortably fits a Nikon V1 with extra lenses and flash. Since you can put multiple items in it, I feel it's especially great that it comes with velcro compartment dividers.
