The Sanho 750GB HyperDrive COLORSPACE UDMA Multimedia Storage / Player is a high-capacity stand-alone storage device with a wide variety of data-management and security tools. The COLORSPACE allows you to view and back up the contents of your memory cards without a computer or source of external power. Featuring 750GB of memory on a user-replaceable SATA HDD, this device accepts 14 different memory card types, including CompactFlash, SD, SDHC, MMC, MS, and xD cards. The USB 2.0 interface provides read and write speeds up to 32MB/s and backup speeds up to 40MB/s.
A high resolution 3.2" / 8.1cm color LCD allows users to view the contents of their memory cards with vivid color and detail. The device is able to display JPG and any RAW file type including CR2, CRW, NEF, ORF, PEF, and digital back file types. New RAW file formats can be added via firmware updates. A visual information feature allows you to view a RGB histogram over your images and provides detailed EXIF data. The zoom and rotate function can display files at 100% pixel level to help confirm focus and image detail.
S.M.A.R.T. (Self-Monitoring, Analysis, and Reporting Technology) monitors the internal hard drive for potential issues and includes a built-in data recovery tool to aid in recovering deleted, lost, corrupted, and formatted files from memory cards. The COLORSPACE employs a CRC copy-verification system during backups to ensure no lost content and allowing users to mirror their content onto multiple drives. Sort files with ease using user-programmable scripts and computer-like file operations such as copy, cut, paste, delete, rename, create new folder, sort file directory by name/date/type, format hard drive, and erase card.
A sleek and rugged design makes this the perfect accessory for travel without a computer. A generic 18650 lithium-ion battery, commonly used to with notebook computers, provides power. Users are able to back up 250GB worth of data on a single battery charge.

Great device for downloading images in the field! The hyperdrive is easy to use and images download quickly . The small size makes it great for travel. It also comes with an accessory charger so you can plug it into your cars cigarette lighter - several friends I know use this device and recommended it to me. I wish it had a larger, higher resolution screen however.

Just got it and tried it. Looks good. I will know more when I am in another country with no other means of backup. I travel and shoot alot. Need backup. I keep buying bigger drives. 750Gig I hope will last. 2000 pics RAW in a few days adds up quickly.
