Comments about Canon imageCLASS MF8380Cdw Color Laser Multifunction:
This printer was easy to install from the box by wired network. Did not try the wireless option. Does good 2 sided printing. The copy function is excellent, we copied checks and had to look twice at the copy. The color and shading looks just like the original. Our first project was preparing for a conference and ran several thousand pages in several formats without issue.

Comments about Canon imageCLASS MF8380Cdw Color Laser Multifunction:
This device supports our small office of two workstations and several laptops. It was simple to set up and so far has been totally reliable.
Pros: relatively fast warm-up from eco mode for a laser printer. Two "Scan To" buttons support scanning to the workstations directly with one push. Great image quality. Love the individual color toner cartridges.
Cons: Heavy...it's a laser and a beefy one at that. User interface for other than default functions is a little cumbersome. Would like the paper tray to hold an entire ream (500pgs.)

Comments about Canon imageCLASS MF8380Cdw Color Laser Multifunction:
I give this product 3 stars because of the problematic wireless setup and not including OSX drivers. The wireless wouldn't let me configure it after several attempts. It also requires a reboot to switch from wired to wireless. I have never seen that in a device before and Im an IT person who sets these up quite often. I ended up just plugging in the ethernet, luckily it was close enough for a wire to be plugged in. the Macintosh drivers weren't included which i find very annoying, first off Apple is getting very popular with business users and the Xerox website for drivers is terrible. Other than these two complaints it is very quick and easy to use with alot of great feature like printing from USB sticks to email and remote scan functionality. Not sure what is going on with the wireless but like I mentioned earlier its close enough to the router to just plug in.
