For $ you get adequate protection for your 13.3" Vaio ultrabook. Outside is a medium duty nylon weave, inside is padded and quilted. Side pocket provides adequate room for AC adapter and wireless mouse and not much more. No handles. Totally OK for my occasional use. If you are on the move a lot, skip this product and get a full leather valise style carrier with handles at $ to $ .

Nice design and high quality.
I used it whenever I need to bring my computer with me. I baught it to keep it safe from scratches and minor impacts.
I was conserned it would be to small to fit my 13" Vaio with the extended battery attached. It actually fit perfectly (without making loose-fitting without the extended battery) A big plus for me!
The front pocket is a bit tight, but you will be able to fitt the charger. I don't use the pocket, so it hasn't been a problem.
