Comments about Livid Instruments OhmRGB Control Surface:

Howdy!I use the OHM RGB in Live 9 as well as VDMX for post production and real-time editing. It has proven itself again and again to be a one machine wrecking crew! It has also helped enhance my workflow, limiting my mouse/touchpad interaction, by assigning LED feedback to clips with the editor. OHM is THE central crucial piece of hardware in my studio.

Comments about Livid Instruments OhmRGB Control Surface:

I purchased the OhmRGB to use for visual mixing in VDMX. I was just getting into the hobby and first purchased the ACP40. After playing with the ACP40 i quickly learned that its midi mapping is un changeable and it is kind of worthless unless you're using it in abelton.

I purchased the OhmRGB for its ability to be fully customizable. I am able to map it exactly the way I want to preform the way I like to preform. The LED lights make triggering clips and toggling FX much easier when I'm not scanning VDMX with my eyes to see whats going on. I can glance down and tell exactly whats happening by which colors are active on my board.

Its well built & SOLID. I dropped it once and it didn't even get a scratch. It is built from the same metal that Mac Book Pro's is built from which makes it a GREAT controller to gig with if your using a mac. They belong together.
