I bought four of these for use by our local museum on our historic street tours. Three worked okay, and the fourth was dead (bad mic). B&H replacement was fast and easy!
The instructions for these Chinese-built units are a hoot. The English grammar, spelling and word usage are so bad that instructions are great fun to read.
