The CPM Camera Rigs DSLR Bulldog Shoulder Mount Kit consists of three 12" (30.5 cm) and two 24” (61 cm) carbon rails, a handle kit , 1 Uni Struts, 1 Belly Pan, a QR base with QR plate, a 15mm Rod Mount Grip Kit, and a counterweight kit containing two 1 pound weights. The Bulldog rig allows you to support your HDSLR camera setup from your shoulder and efficiently maneuver the system for videography.
Made of carbon fiber-compounded polycarbonate resin, the Uni Strut has a sturdy yet a lightweight frame for the complete cage. You can mount accessories on multiple attachment points of the Struts. The Belly pan helps mount the rig onto a tripod and two 1/4-20 threaded metal inserts per side allow the Belly Pan to be used with CPM's spacers and release mounts.
The handle kit consisting of a strut, handle core, elastomer outer rubber handle, knobs and hardware ensures stable shooting. A shoulder pad kit allows you to conveniently support the camera-rig setup from your shoulder. The QR base and QR plate form a quick release system, and allow you to instantly attach or detach the camera from the cage.

Makes run and gun shooting much easier when using my 7d. I am very pleased with the quality.

Comments about CPM Camera Rigs DSLR Bulldog Shoulder Mount Kit:
For the price, (cheap, comparatively) this rig has lots of parts in it and can be used to build multiple rigs. I needed a mutli-purpose DSLR rig for handheld and studio use with:
-side handles
-top handle for low angle
-lots of room for extras (hdmi splitter, audio, monitors, etc)
Nothing else had all this (or would cost too much to cobble together)
Problems:
-imprecise build quality, some brackets were too tight, even when opened. I had force the rods through.
-as is, the half upright piece leaves that side too flexible. An extra upright would work, if you can still get too the cam.
-almost too small for the 5D MK II (uprights are too narrow, 5D must angle around to be removed), (almost too short if used with the Canon batt. grip)
-it's carbon fiber. Light-weight but not robust. Already light carbon "hairs" are peeling off because it was so hard push together.
Most pros are not going to be satisfied with this.
That said, the rig is workable as an entry level / budjet setup. Very modular, relatively cheap.
