The Everfocus Ultra Series Super Low Light Box Camera, featuring a 1/3" Sony Exview HAD II CCD sensor, delivers high-quality imagery at a resolution of over 720 TVL. Minimum illumination of 0.0001 lux enables the camera to offer clear images in bright light as well as low light conditions. The camera features a removable IR cut filter for switching between color and B&W as per changes in ambient lighting, ensuring accurate color reproduction in daylight and enhanced B&W images at night.
Adaptive Tone Curve Reproduction (ATR) and Digital Wide Dynamic Range expansion features appropriately expose both the darkest and brightest parts of an image to produce images with balanced lighting. 2D-Noise Reduction improves picture clarity and helps DVRs improve disk storage utilization.
Motion Detection enables video recording to begin once motion is detected, and can be set up for up to 4 zones. Privacy Masking allows you to exclude certain spaces within a selected area from triggering motion based recordings, thus helping to save storage space. The EQ700 Box Camera works with C / CS mount manual or DC iris lenses, and can be easily configured via the On-screen Display (OSD) setup menu.

We use this camera in our nursery--because IR cameras are not good for children to stare at. It is excellent in low light conditions. It looks like day time in the room, and there's just a small night light. Excellent camera. Well worth the money.
