The D200 Bluetooth Wireless Speaker from Creative Labs allows you to enjoy your music anywhere you go! The compact speaker uses Bluetooth technology to stream music from Bluetooth-enabled devices such as smartphones, laptops, tablets, and more at distances of up to 33' away. Creative has put their award-winning expertise in wireless audio into the D200 with precise acoustic tuning and modeling for excellent accuracy and detail. There is also apt-X codec support to provide a superior audio experience and CD-quality wireless sound when used with devices that support apt-X.
The speaker is powered by efficient digital amplifiers, which drive the high-performance full-range drivers. There is a rear bass port that extends bass response, eliminating the need for a subwoofer. A handy Connect button lets you pair your Bluetooth devices, while volume controls let you make quick adjustments without having to go to your music player directly. The speaker also features a 3.5mm aux input jack, allowing you to connect any device with a headphone output, such as a CD player, MP3 player, and more.
Note! Bluetooth transmitters are available separately with USB and Apple 30-pin dock connectors, allowing you to add Bluetooth capability to non-Bluetooth devices.

I purchased this speaker system specifically for the Bluetooth wireless capability. I was a little worried that it would be hard to connect and that using it would mean it would have to constantly be re-sync'd with the devices. I was very pleased when we set it up. It took literally 3 minutes from opening the box to hearing amazing quality of audio being pushed from the iPad.
We put it on the kitchen bar between the kitchen and living room and can hear it clearly from anywhere on that side of the house. The range is good, but thick brick walls do interfere a little.
The volume capable from this unit is more than we would ever use it at, so I would bet this would be an excellent outside speaker as well, as long as it is protected from the elements.
It looks good and performs great! I would definetly recommend this unit to anyone who is looking for a speaker, especially a wireless one. Also, B&H's price could not be beat. No shipping was also a real nice thing.

Bought this to use in my office - I'm using a MacBook Pro and listen to either iTunes or Pandora. Lack of online support aside, I got it configured after some frustration and it worked for a couple of days. I've had it for a few weeks now and somedays it works fine, but more and more frequently the sound is totally garbled. I reset it then reconnect it and sometimes it will be clear, but often it is still garbled. The computer is literally two feet away from the speaker most of the time. Tried to return it but foolishly threw out the packaging when it worked okay for the first couple of days. My first and last Creative product.

I had purchased the D100 speaker and was very happy with it. After reading the reviews on the D200, I decided to sell the D100 to a friend and purchase the D200. I am very happy with the clarity of the speaker and would recommend this speaker to anyone. The only drawback is that the D100 had batteries that made it very usable anywhere, the D200 does not take batteries. So if portability is important to you, go for the D100, the sound isn't as good as the D200 though.

I use this product for my living room while entertaining, or just hanging out by myself. It fills the whole room with crisp, clean sound, and nice bass, too. It's great that something so small can deliver such sound. I was debating between this and the Bose, which is much more expensive. But, given the reviews of the D2000 and the price, I figured I would give it a try. Glad i did!
My only two (small) gripes are that there is no remote control (if I wanted to use the aux cord to plug into my TV) and that the bluetooth range is not real impressive. You have to stay within 15-20 feet of the stereo.
All in all, a really nice product for the price and I would definitely recommend it!

Great buy ,excellent sound and connectivity , my only doubt is about to how use the plug in doesn't work , but after reading I ve noticed that isn't included with the device, how can I get it? And also there is not batteries for unplug it ,as I said great buy I totally would recommend it.

Speaker works good with my iphone and ipad. However it does not get connected to my PC that runs on Windows 7. Till date, I have not been able to find an appropriate bluetooth driver that will connect my computer to this speaker.
I would recommend that we should test it out with the machine we want to use before buying, if possible.
Also, it does not have an option to run on battery power, so it has to be connected to a power source (hence not as portable as it could have been)
