The American DJ Mega Par Profile is an ultra-slim par can lighting effect with up to 108 10mm LEDs (26 red, 46 green & 36 blue) for creating color washes, static lighting and strobe effects. The Mega Par Profile is perfect for stage lighting during performances and DJ sets, architectural lighting, up-lighting, accent lighting within truss rigs and much more.
The Mega Par Profile is energy efficient and low heat emission means performers will remain comfortable during long performances. The unit features Sound Active, Automatic, Master Slave and DMX control modes with up to 7 channels. The included bracket will easily mount the Mega Par Profile onto a lighting truss, or secure it the ground during up-lighting and architectural lighting applications.

I was looking for an LED par for uplight for special events that would work well in stand alone mode, but is also programmable via DMX, and costs about $100 each. I knew if I waited long enough it would come, and here it is. I bought 10 of them, and a DMX controller and so far so good. I really like that they have feet on the back too.
I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for 2 reasons, I wish they were a bit brighter, and although they do have an AC out, it's a female EIC plug instead of an edison. So I have to buy adapters, as it does not come with them.
They are certainly worth the price, though.

I use the product for friends parties and what's great about it is the brightness! It is so bright, and I was looking for a light that did that. My favorite part of it was it strobed! Not only that, but it strobes in ant color that you want. A great buy!

I got a pair of these to uplight and wash my video production sets and also replace my old Par64 cans which got way too hot.
These lights are very bright but be aware you may need the American DJ LSF filters to widen the beam if you want to use them in place of your average Par 56 or 64 as these tend to put out a spot that's narrow.
You also do not get the all in one RGBW LEDs here so you will see the beam split up in white or color mixed modes but for me, that's no issue.
Overall, these things are great both stand alone or on DMX. They are fast to set up, stay cool, low in price, and very bright!.
