With 3600 ANSI lumens of brightness at a contrast ratio of 3000:1 the InFocus IN3118HD DLP 1080p Projector has the power to make big pictures in big rooms even when it has to punch through ambient light.
That vivid, high contrast picture is courtesy of Texas Instruments DLP DMD (Digital Light Processor Digital Micromirror Device) technology with BrilliantColor. This projector also incorporates TI's DDP3021 scaler, which enables 10-bit signal processing for more vibrant, lifelike images.
Those vibrant colors can be in a number of video formats. The IN3118HD can handle NTSC, NTSC4.43, PAL, PAL-M, PAL-N and SECAM signals as well as 720p, 1080i and 1080p high definition programming. It's also got a 100 to 240 V AC, 50/60 Hz international power supply and its OSD (on-screen display) offers a choice of 18 languages.
You can also control it remotely-very remotely-over your home network or corporate LAN courtesy of its RJ-45 jack. The free ProjectorNet 3.0 software makes monitoring and maintaining your IN3118HD a snap.

Comments about InFocus IN3118HD DLP 1080p Projector:
The unit has good lumens and plenty of cable connections. I had it mounted at 14.5 ft to the Da Lite 16 x 9 screen and it would not focus. In Focus told me to get it 17.5 ft min 35 ft max distance from the screen. I repositioned it to 18.75 ft and it still did not focus clearly. Going back to InFocus for service.

Comments about InFocus IN3118HD DLP 1080p Projector:
I have been an owner of Infocus projectors for many years. I put on seminars about 50 times a year and multiple times a day. This projector is very easy to use and setup while preparing to speak at an event. I would recommend this to anyone who truly doesn't want the hassles associated with the worrying about adjusting brightness, colors and brilliance of graphics in their presentation. The auto presets are a really nice feature.

Comments about InFocus IN3118HD DLP 1080p Projector:
Asked for a recommendation from InFocus rep. My last projector from them lasted 8 years. This one works great, better picture, easy set-up; more features than my old LP70+. There are no draw-backs unless you wanted a compact projector. This one is light weight for its size, and not bulky like I have seen some other home projectors. I think it is a good buy.
