The GLX 5mW Green Laser Sight from Barska is a third generation standard laser featuring external riflescope style windage and elevation turrets. The turret caps unscrew, revealing finger accessible adjustments. Target acquisition is easily defined after attaching the laser to the weapon by unscrewing the turret caps and moving the laser dot up and down, left and right. The laser itself is a visible green class IIIA with the maximum power allowable of 5mW in that class. The produced light of 532 nm is the most visibly sensitive wavelength to the human eye and therefore, the color most easily seen. The high capacity included CR-123A lithium battery can emit a continuous high intensity green laser beam providing repeatable accurate targeting. The tactical design incorporates a tactical edged bezel and diamond patterned exterior grip in the strong T6 aluminum body. A Picatinny 1" mounting ring with a stabilizing cross bar insert for added support is included with the laser sight. The GLX 5mW Green Laser Sight comes with a continuous push button on/off cap and an interchangeable momentary on/ off coiled cable switch.

Let me say the service from B&H was very good I highly recommend doing buisness with them. Now on to the Barska laser, the quality of this device is very good it seems to be put together very well and has a very nice set of accesories. The included battery will probably only last you 10 min so get a set of rechargables. My big complaint is that the green laser is not good for daytime use as advertised. At sunset you can see the green laser but not during the full light of the day. I will use this now as I would have a red laser for night time defensive situations. Unfortunatly I paid more for a green laser to learn this lesson. I hope you will read this and benefit from my mistake.

This is an outstanding optic for my pistol caliber carbine. The order, shipping and receipt were all very fast. The purchase would have been 5 stars had the battery been fresh. But understand ... these products often stay on the shelves for a long time. The manufacture date was early 2010, and the battery just didn't go the distance.
Want something for your long gun that will allow you to shoot from the hip? Get one of these lasers!!

I have this laser mounted to my Stag Arms 5HL 6.8SPC rifle. I use it only for hog hunting in Texas. During the day, I have a red dot optic, but at night, I need a fast, and acurate way of targeting the pigs. This laser has much more distance than I need, but that's a good thing. Tried it in the city and I could see it on building a mile away. Very cool looking, very well built, and super strong. If you are looking for a laser, this one is worth the Benji.

Purchesed two of these, both were DOA. I thought it was a fluke. I purchased two more of them. They were DOA. All four had the windage and elevation adjustment caps glued to the threads. They would not come off. Called manufacturer and their technical support person laughed and said "sounds like they got some glue on them". I asked him to do something about it and he said, "talk to the people that sold them to you". I did and they graciously refunded my money. Barska could care less about the problem and B&H took care of the problem. Caveat emptor!!

Am happy to report that the GLX mounted to my AR-15 quad rail just fine and sets up tight. I also have a 3x9 red/green lighted cross hair scope mounted. I will match these together and have a great setup. The green laser is bright and can be seen a long way. Have not fired as of yet but will this weekend. So far i am very pleased in fact i may order the smaller GLX for my glock 22.

The laser works good. It is easy to see at 50 yards and is ok at 100 yds. I have had it to the range a few times so far and have it sighted in at 100 yds. So far so good.

Looked good in the box but the problems started right away. All the caps (battery, windage and elevation) were stuck on really tight. Got the battery cap off, but when I tried to get the cap off the windage adjustment turret the entire mechanism (plastic) unscrewed out of the body of the laser. Did not bother to try and get the elevation adjustment cap off, just put it all back together, put it back in the box and called for a return ticket.
